Crystal Haze Jewelry is looking for a Digital Manager who is eager to be a part of an innovative workplace. You will be responsible of tone of voice and the positioning of the brand. You will have responsibility for our visual and digital marketing profile within our social media platforms and web shop. As our Digital Manager you will be working on developing new strategies to increase our customer base, finding solutions to target new and existing customers and work on our visual profile. The Digital Manager will work closely together with the rest of the Crystal Haze Jewelry team.

Key tasks and responsibilities: 
- Managing all relevant SoMe channels, adjusting organic content to reach the audience. In-depth knowledge of the various channel algorithms is required.
- Responsible for the e-commerce platform and optimizing our web shop.
- Co-develop and create marketing and campaign strategies for the brand to target new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain brand presence and improving the visual profile. 
- Responsible for the digital shopping experience.

Key Qualifications:
- Preferably 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Image and video editing skills are a requirement.
- Knowledge within e-commerce, preferably Shopify.
- Commercially driven and knowledge about key principles around brand building.
- Experience with social media management and monitoring.
- Experience with keyword placement and SEO best practices is a benefit.
- Preferably, experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- English is our working language, so a proficient level in English is a requirement.
